Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Future Frontiers collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little information as possible and to be transparent about what we do with it.
1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect
a) Information you provide
- Subscribe form:full name, work email, company, and optionally the themes you're interested in. We also record the moment you accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Resource download form: full name, work email, company, and the resource you requested.
- Contact form: full name, work email, optional company, topic, and the message you send.
b) Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookies Policy for a list and your choices.
- Anti-abuse: we use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google.
3. How we use information
- To send the newsletter and resource downloads you request.
- To respond to messages you send through the contact form.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of vetted third-party providers to operate the Site:
- Vercel — hosting and CDN.
- Turso (libSQL) — database for subscriber and lead records.
- Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
- Google reCAPTCHA — form abuse protection.
Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. How long we keep information
- Subscribers:we keep your record while you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period after you unsubscribe for suppression-list purposes (so we don't accidentally re-add you).
- Resource leads: we keep your record while it remains useful for follow-up and reporting. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Contact form messages: kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and for our records.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA): the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello at futurefrontiers dot us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimise risk and will notify affected users if there is a breach that requires it.
9. International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or in the newsletter. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
