These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Future Frontiers(the “Site”), including its insights, newsletters, downloadable resources, and any other content or services we make available. By using the Site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Future Frontiers is an independent publication run by Manish Garg. The Site is hosted at https://www.futurefrontiers.us. You can reach us at hello at futurefrontiers dot us or through the contact form.

2. What we publish

The essays, articles, resources, and newsletters published on the Site reflect the views of the author and are intended for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, investment, medical, or professional advice. You should not rely on the content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any account that is not your own.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content for purposes that would breach intellectual-property rights or our reasonable expectations of fair use.
• Submit content through forms that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Site to send spam, conduct automated attacks, or impersonate another person or organization.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content on the Site (including text, images, diagrams, and downloadable files) is © 2026 Manish Garg. You may read, share, and quote the content with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not republish, sell, or use the content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

5. Downloadable resources

Resources we make available for download (templates, scorecards, playbooks, spreadsheets) are provided as-is for your professional use. You may adapt them for use within your organization. You may not resell or redistribute them, and you may not strip our attribution from derivative work.

6. Newsletter and email

Subscribing to the newsletter is free. We use a double opt-in: after you submit the subscribe form we send a confirmation email, and your subscription becomes active once you click the link. You can unsubscribe at any time from a one-click link in every email, or by contacting us.

7. Forms and information you submit

When you fill in a form on the Site (subscribe, contact, resource download), we collect the information you provide and use it for the purpose described on that form. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google reCAPTCHA (anti-abuse). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you can find linked from their respective sites.

9. Warranties and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the content, or the resources.
