Hi all, here’s a quick process intelligence maturity model. It isn’t a deep, consulting-grade assessment. Answer twenty-five yes/no questions, and the workbook works out your stage and suggests your next move. Ten minutes, tops, and voilà: you have something to think about.
One note before you start. Answer for the whole organization, not your best team, and don’t count anything still in flight. Most organizations that think they’re at Stage 4 land at Stage 2 when they answer honestly: the process maps exist, but nothing is measured from real data. That’s normal, and it’s a fine place to start.
